Cathy Sturgeon is co-founder of Work Innovation Partners. She brings experience working with public, private, and not-for-profit organizations, both domestically and internationally in the areas of business operations, organizational development, and project management. Cathy is trilingual and holds undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Spanish Literature as well as a Master of Arts in Leadership.
